We always get an excellent service here. Shams is very good as explaining the issues our dog has clearly and what the treatment prescribed does. All the staff are great and very friendly and I'd highly recommend the practice.

This is what comes to mind after our 3 years of being supported, enabled, empowered, and cared for by Shams, Sarah, Jade, Chloe, and co. Our Bruno was always given the highest quality of care, and the team always went as far as needed (and beyond!) to help us.

We were even happy and willing to do a 1.5 hour round trip to stay with them when we moved house! We have since taken their sage advice to join a recommended surgery near to our new home - but we know we always have a home with them, and should we ever be in need, we have complete faith in their capacity and willing to offer their nurturing, helping hands.

Wouldn’t take our two dogs anywhere else. Shams takes his time with examinations, and is very gentle with our dogs. He always thoroughly checks them over regardless of what they attend for.
One of our girls is very nervous and he is so understanding and patient with her.
In addition, the rest of Sunrise team are very friendly and helpful always make you feel welcome with a little chat. Very clean practice and plenty of parking on site too.

We moved vets when Shams opened this surgery to continue with his care for our dog. He and the team have always been professional, caring and helpful. The few times Molly needed treatment (including having her puppies) he explained thoroughly to help us understand, the surgery performed or treatment given went well, she recovered as expected and the after care was excellent. We recently said goodbye to Molly, and until the end we experienced compassion, and a thoughtful and supportive approach. I cannot recommend Shams and his team enough.

The team at Sunrise vets are a dedicated, caring, professional, wonderful bunch of people. Our senior dog Bruno has been with the Sunrise family for 3 years and we couldn’t have asked for better care. Their communication is thoughtful, efficient, and timely. They always find the time to answer our queries (which as first time dog owners is really helpful!) and genuinely care. This office always answers the phone (or gets back right away), always gets us in soon if our little guy has an issue or needs a regular seeing to. We really like that it's a small location/waiting room, and that generally you're the only one waiting. We've been to other vets in the past where the room is full of anxious pets, and that's not fun for anyone.
