All staff amazing very considerate and helpful. Vet was very caring with my cat and showed great empathy after losing her and took care of all my insurance police, I didn't have to do anything. would recommend Sunrise Veterinary.

1st time using the vets for our little puppy Milo's first needles. All the staff are very friendly and gave me brilliant advice on the best type of foods.
Back in 3 weeks for his 2nd needles and free microchip.

This office always answers the phone (or gets back right away), always gets us in soon if our little guy has an issue or needs a regular seeing to. We really like that it's a small location/waiting room, and that generally you're the only one waiting. We've been to other vets in the past where the room is full of anxious pets, and that's not fun for anyone.

We were visiting friends in the area when my dog, Dobby wasn’t well, it was saturday morning and i didn’t want to wait til Monday. They fitted him in immediately. The vet, Dr Shams, was superb, gentle, thorough, professional - brilliant with the dog and with me! The receptionist was super friendly and reassuring too. We were very impressed with the whole practice and would highly recommend it. Thank you Sunrise.

I was recommended Sunrise Vets by a friend. My dog had developed a nasty skin condition . With the care, attention, and expertise given to her, she is now back to her old self. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. It’s a little gem in parbold.

I've previously reviewed Sunrise, but wanted to update. In the current Covid climate, I was worried about taking my cat Pandora for her annual vaccinations, but honestly, I had absolutely nothing to worry about. For anyone who is looking for a first class veterinary practice that demonstrates excellent social distancing and safe processes for both customer and staff, this is the place to come to. The organisation from the minute you arrive until the end of the consultation was great. I would recommend Sunrise for its professionalism, knowledge, care, customer service and now for its ability to look after our previous furbabies during these most difficult and trying times. Access to very narrow.people are friendly . Clean. Dogs on leads. Just big enough to be interesting. We should more nature reserves.
