The surgery was friendly and professional, the vet was caring and supportive his priority was my special dog, I didn't feel rushed or pressured, I came away relaxed and confident. 😊

I was recommended Sunrise Vets by a friend. My dog had developed a nasty skin condition . With the care, attention, and expertise given to her, she is now back to her old self. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. It’s a little gem in parbold.

I've previously reviewed Sunrise, but wanted to update. In the current Covid climate, I was worried about taking my cat Pandora for her annual vaccinations, but honestly, I had absolutely nothing to worry about. For anyone who is looking for a first class veterinary practice that demonstrates excellent social distancing and safe processes for both customer and staff, this is the place to come to. The organisation from the minute you arrive until the end of the consultation was great. I would recommend Sunrise for its professionalism, knowledge, care, customer service and now for its ability to look after our previous furbabies during these most difficult and trying times. We moved to Sunrise thanks to a recommendation from a friend, wish we had done it years ago. All the staff are very friendly and you feel like your doggo is gettng the attention they deserve, he even happily trots in to the practice, which was unheard of in our previous vets.

We were visiting friends in the area when my dog, Dobby wasn’t well, it was saturday morning and i didn’t want to wait til Monday. They fitted him in immediately. An extremely professional and friendly service. Our dog went lame whilst visiting family (we are not from the area). We arrived shortly before he closed and he welcomed us like we were a regular customer. As soon as you walk in you feel like you are in good hands. He even stayed half an hour after he was meant to close! I would 100% recommend this 5* vet to anyone lucky enough to live in the area, and if we ever had the misfortune to require a vet again whilst visiting here we would return to him without hesitation!
